As we continue our look at the our DIY collection this week, we wanted to pull out the iconic characters that make for excellent customs. Take Kei Sawada’s 6″ CUCUMOUSE DIY figure above. We are releasing a few during the 08 TTF show but not to worry, they will be offered domestically as well. In addition to the WHITE DIY version, we will be offering a limited run of BLACK DIY CUCUMOUSE figures too…

This year, in celebrating the launch of the HOMER SIMPSON Series, we will have a 72″ HOMER on display in San Diego. That’s right, the wait is nearly over as Homer Simpson makes his debut in 3″ Qee form. Homer arrives in mid 2008 in the classic blister carded form and in a Mystery blind box assortment! The year will be filled with Simpsons surprises….just take a look below.. Homer sporting his briefs holding his favorite beverage, Duff Beer!

Simpsons fans…look out! Homer takes his rightful place as the next D.I.Y. figure from TOY2R. Currently he is available for order in his lovable 3″ scale but we all know what happened when Bart took the leap into the D.I.Y. world…it spawned a worldwide art tour. No promises right now, but you can bet your last donut that Homer may be making a larger appearance later in 2008. But for now, grab this 3″ version because like BART, he’ll only be available for a limited time.
